Jesus Christ Lived by the Holy Spirit

Luke 10:21

21 In that hour Jesus rejoiced in the Spirit and said, “I thank You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and revealed them to babes. Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Your sight.

Matthew 4:1

Then Jesus was led up by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil.

Mark 1:12 also Luke 4:1

12 Immediately the Spirit drove Him into the wilderness.

Luke 1:80

80 So the child grew and became strong in spirit, and was in the deserts till the day of his manifestation to Israel.

1 Peter 3:18

18 For Christ also suffered once for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive by the Spirit,

Jesus Christ’s ministry was empowered by the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ was vindicated by the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ gave the Holy Spirit to his disciples.

God is testing us every day and has given us the right to make our own choices. Do you know which ones are the right choices in Gods mind?

Fear God, love God, honor God, and trust God with all your heart, mind and soul and you will receive and experience the joy of the promises of God’s blessings in His time.

Prayer:   Father in heaven, hallowed is Thy Name. I praise You for Your caring, Your loving kindness, and Your generosity. I praise You for Your Son and the Holy Spirit. Please bless all those who have read this article for they too are seeking Your righteous truth, love, wisdom and understanding.

May God, Jesus, The Holy Spirit and Christianity be our guiding lights, our safety nets and our inspiration for loving happiness in all of Your kingdom. Father into your hands I commend my spirit. Not my will, but yours be done. Please come Lord Jesus.

I pray in Jesus sweet name and to His glory through the power of the Holy Spirit,

Amen.

  1. Hi I like the way you interprete the scriptures. Which Bibles would you recommend that I should have. I already have The Dakes KJV Annoitated References Bible

    1. Dakes is alright but I use the King James and the New King James to write my articles. The apologists that I have read about say the King James is the closest to the original bible books found by archaeologists and others to date.
Look Rev. Dake up on the internet to understand more about him. I m sure he claims to be a Christian and I like some of his writings but his church is probably not thought of by others as Christian.
As long as the other bibles are saying the same thing as the King James version of the Bible you cannot go wrong. I also use the “The Bible Knowledge Commentary”, it is a very good one. You will also notice that different commentaries say some things different. So if you have access to several different commentaries read them all when necessary and come to your own conclusion. The Apologists say to keep it simple. Do not let our minds go wild with interpretation.
