The Gift of the Holy Spirit followed Jesus Christ’s Glorification

Acts 2:33

33 Therefore being exalted to the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, He poured out this which you now see and hear.

John 7:39

39 But this He spoke concerning the Spirit, whom those believing in Him would receive; for the Holy Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.

The Bible frequently likens the Holy Spirit to a flame (Isa. 4:4; Matt. 3:11; Acts 2:3–4). He warms the heart, enlightens the mind, and empowers people’s spirits  (1 Thessalonians 5:19). He enables believers to be sanctified (Romans 8:4, 13). He also inspired the writing of the scripture (2 Peter 1:20-21); He also anoints Believers (1 John 20, 27)

God is testing us every day and has given us the right to make our own choices. Do you know which ones are the right choices in Gods mind?

Fear God, love God, honor God, and trust God with all your heart, mind and soul and you will receive and experience the joy of the promises of God’s blessings in His time.
