God’s Words are Truthful

His words are consistently true and reliable

Numbers 23:19

19 God is not a man, that He should lie,

Nor a son of man, that He should repent.

Has He said, and will He not do?

Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?

1 Samuel 15:29

29 And also the Strength of Israel will not lie nor relent. For He is not a man, that He should relent.”

Psalm 12:6; 33:4; 119:151, 160

12:6 The words of the Lord are pure words,

Like silver tried in a furnace of earth,

Purified seven times.

33:4 For the word of the Lord is right,

And all His work is done in truth.

119:151You are near, O Lord,

And all Your commandments are truth.

119:160The entirety of Your word is truth,

And every one of Your righteous judgments endures forever.

Romans 3:4

Certainly not! Indeed, let God be true but every man a liar. As it is written:

“That You may be justified in Your words,

And may overcome when You are judged.”

Hebrews 6:18

18 that by two immutable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we might have strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold of the hope set before us.

James 1:17

17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.

His words of promise are totally true and trustworthy

Psalm 132:11

11 The Lord has sworn in truth to David;

He will not turn from it:

“I will set upon your throne the fruit of your body.

2 Timothy 2:13

13If we are faithless,

He remains faithful;

He cannot deny Himself.

Hebrews 7:21

21 (for they have become priests without an oath, but He with an oath by Him who said to Him:

The Lord has sworn

And will not relent,

‘You are a priest forever

According to the order of Melchizedek’ ”),

Knowledge is the apprehension of truth; wisdom is its application to life. Knowledge is prudent judgment and wisdom is prudent action. Both are found in Christ (cf. Rom. 11:33; 1 Cor. 12:8) whose wisdom is foolishness to the world (1 Cor. 1:21-25), but who is the power of God by which a believer receives “righteousness, holiness, and redemption” (1 Cor. 1:30).

God is testing us every day and has given us the right to make our own choices. Do you know which ones are the right choices in Gods mind?

Fear God, love God, honor God, and trust God with all your heart, mind and soul and you will receive and experience the joy of the promises of God’s blessings in His time.

Prayer:  Father in heaven, hallowed is Thy Name.  I praise You for Your Son and the Holy Spirit. I praise You for Your grace in sending us Your wisdom about “God’s Words are Truthful.” I praise You for Your caring, Your loving kindness, and Your generosity.  Only Your graciousness and love could forgive the sins of mankind and still allow him to become a Son or daughter of Yours. Please bless those who have read this article for they too seek Your righteous truth, love, wisdom and understanding.

May God, Jesus, The Holy Spirit and Christianity be our guiding lights, our safety nets and our inspiration for loving happiness in all of Your kingdom. Father into your hands I commend my spirit. Not my will, but yours be done. Please come Lord Jesus.

I pray in Jesus sweet name and to His glory through the power of the Holy Spirit,

Amen.
